Small-business owners care deeply about client experience—but service can’t come at the cost of sustainability. This session discusses setting healthy boundaries, managing expectations, and designing experiences that are kind to the client and to the business.
Coffee with COSE Participation Requirements
- Business Ownership or Leadership Role: Participants should be business owners, entrepreneurs or organizational leaders to ensure discussions are meaningful and valuable to all attendees.
- Membership Requirement: Participants must be active members of COSE or Investor members of GCP.
- Guest Attendance: Non-members are welcome to attend two (2) Coffee with COSE discussions as guests. After the second visit, a membership representative will reach out to discuss joining COSE; membership is required for continued participation.
