This session combines several real challenges: finding the next lead, refreshing offerings, eliminating services no one buys, generating innovative ideas for clients, and stopping projects from dragging on forever. It’s all about building a business that runs better…and grows easier.
Coffee with COSE Participation Requirements
- Business Ownership or Leadership Role: Participants should be business owners, entrepreneurs or organizational leaders to ensure discussions are meaningful and valuable to all attendees.
- Membership Requirement: Participants must be active members of COSE or Investor members of GCP.
- Guest Attendance: Non-members are welcome to attend two (2) Coffee with COSE discussions as guests. After the second visit, a membership representative will reach out to discuss joining COSE; membership is required for continued participation.
